Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and are here to help if something isn’t quite right!


Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Items)

We’re happy to accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unassembled
  • Have the protective film fully intact on all acrylic panels
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all original hardware and components

Items with protective film removed are considered used and are unfortunately not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@scobodesign.com before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process and provide next steps. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only, once the return is received and inspected
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right!

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom display cases and stands
  • Items with protective film removed
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items may be returned and reordered separately.

Preorders

Preorder items follow the same return eligibility after delivery, provided all return conditions are met.
